Job Summary
Developing and securing new business relations
Main responsibilities
- Identifying; developing, and closing new sales leads;
- Screen past and potential business opportunities by analyzing market reports /strategies, competitions involvements and internal priorities;
- Integrating group global strategies and products by studying integration and potential in local market;
- Manage customer’s expectations - Preparing quotes and proposals in line with sales leads;
- Brainstorming and co-acting with colleagues from different departments, and countries, to create strategies and follow action plans;
- Building trust and long-term relationship with past/lost customers;
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks;
- Monthly reports to evaluate the sales objectives and the sales leads to develop.
Objectives:
- Develop and maintain sales lead pipe
- Manage customers’ expectations and relationships
- Protect and enhance the image of the Group towards internal and external customers, suppliers, and authorities.
Profile:
- Minimum experience of 7 years in the shipping industry, logistics (would be an advantage)
- Degree in business management or sales & marketing
- Mastery of IT tools - MS Office
- Entrepreneurial attitude / Spirit of conquest
- Autonomous & Organized
- Proactive
